Bellingen Shire Council is seeking comprehensive community feedback on local issues, facilities and services to help determine how the organisation is faring and where it can improve.
Council has commissioned CATALYSE to conduct the independent MARKYT Community Scorecard process from 17 June to 12 July 2024.
Complete the Scorecard
The scorecard takes just 5-10 minutes to complete, or slightly longer for those wishing to expand on their written answers. We value your time and comments greatly.
The study is being managed by CATALYSE®, an independent research company. Responses will remain confidential in accordance with the Privacy Act and Australian Privacy Principles. Council will receive a report with aggregated responses and a Voicebank with anonymous comments.
Survey results will be compared with those of other local governments and will be used to track the Shire’s performances moving forward.
The Community Scorecard will be used to help review the Bellingen Shire Community Vision 2035, ensuring that the document is still reflective of our community’s priorities and aspirations.
The Scorecard is available online and has also been emailed to Council databases. Hard copies of the Scorecard have been mailed to all households and residential PO Boxes in the Shire and can also be collected from the Customer Service Centre at Bellingen Shire Council's Administration Building.
Scorecard is open to everyone aged 14 years and older, with everyone eligible encouraged to provide feedback.
