Cemetery & Private Burial Applications
Council administers 4 cemeteries within its shire at the following locations:
- Bellingen - Lyon Street
- Dorrigo - 3909 Waterfall Way
- Fernmount - Hyde Street
- Urunga - 110 Hungry Head Road

Deputation to Council Meeting
If you would like to speak at the Council meeting you will need to complete the Application to address council form.
The Council Customer and Business Services team will contact you before the meeting to advise of the outcome of your request and provide further information. Before applying please read the Code of Meeting Practice to ensure you meet the criteria.
Your application may not be processed if any information is missing. Should you require any further information please contact Customer Service Centre on 02 6655 7300, and ask to speak to the Customer and Business Services team.
Public forum addresses are to be four minutes in length. There is a maximum of four speakers per public forum unless otherwise approved in accordance with the Code of Meeting Practice.

Memorial plaques, furniture, and trees allow community tributes. Council approves memorials in managed areas based on location, costs, community benefit, and liability. Requests must meet these criteria for written approval.
