Saturday 20th April, 10am to 3:30pm, The Bowerhouse 146 Short Cut Road, Raleigh. 

Drop into the Bowerhouse with your bike for some rapid repairs!  Our experienced bike mechanics will show you how to complete simple repairs and maintenance. Please register in person on the day to secure a place in the line.   

Basic Plumbing at Home - THIS WORKSHOP HAS FINISHED

With a dry Summer on the horizon, there's never been a better time to save water and fix leaks.  Come and learn how to change tap washers and O-rings, deal with stiff garden taps, use plumber’s tape, and do simple gutter repairs and replacement.

Learn how and when  to use screws, nails and rivets, various glues, liquid nails, silicone and more, to correctly complete your fix it jobs around the home.

Clothing Repairs and Upcycling - THIS WORKSHOP HAS FINISHED

Saturday 1st April 2023 - 12.30pm – 3.30pm, 146 Short Cut Road, Raleigh.

Take the first step to a more sustainable wardrobe.  In this workshop you will learn how to undertake a range of clothing repairs and upcycling techniques. This will involve using sewing machines, and hand stitching.  Beginners welcome!
