With the recent relaxation of the COVID 19 restrictions the Bower House reuse shop located at the Raleigh Waste Management facility will reopen its doors to the public from 8.30am on Friday 17 December. We appreciate the community’s understanding for the period that the shop was closed and look forward to returning to the standard operating hours of 8.30am to 4.00pm Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Council is pleased to be able to offer for sale electrical items that have passed testing and tagging by our trained staff.

The larger items such as bridge timbers will require appropriate transport to be arranged by the buyer and can be loaded on site with the assistance of our staff where appropriate.

We have a fully stocked shop waiting for the return of our valued customers and are looking forward to seeing you all back at the shop. Remember - reuse, recycle, repurpose – and come and find a bargain for Christmas!

Shoppers are strongly encouraged to wear masks and continue to social distance whilst in the store.
