Upcoming Road Closure: UPDATE

Due to recent weather, the works planned for last week have been postponed to Tuesday 19, November, and Wednesday 20, November. Roadworks will continue this week without closures, but short delays may occur.

The heavy patching and resealing program continues on Pilot Street East in Urunga. Heavy patching is scheduled for the intersection of Pilot Street and Bonville Street, ahead of the full-length reseal of Pilot Street East.

To facilitate these works, Council crews will implement daytime road closures as follows:

  • Pilot Street East: between Orara Street and Morgo Street
  • Bonville Street: between Newry Street East and South Street East

Local access will be maintained for residents, and detours will be in place. Road closures will be lifted at night.
